All the facilities we needed were provided. Breakfast was the best during our holidays. We adored our two-night stay at I Cinque Balconi. The welcome was warm and helpful. Reception is beautiful and sets the tone and ambiance of the experience. Our room was fabulous. It was the perfect balance of rustic, Aeolian charm and the modern. From the decor to the service to the food at the restaurant, there is such attention to detail. We loved the breakfast and how you can order what you want in advance so there is no waste and the offerings can be nice and fresh! The staff were all so friendly, helpful, and professional. We made use of the laundry service and were so happy with the results! Also, the garden is grand for enjoying breakfast or for sitting with an aperitif in the early evening. Finally, the location is outstanding. We couldn’t have been happier with I Cinque Balconi!

The view is amazing, location is close to everything and the staff couldn't be more accommodating. Eleonora, the manager, arranged a pick-up for us from the port. She also booked us a day tour to Panarea and Stromboli. On our departure date, she offered to open breakfast early for us or even pack up a to go box for us which was incredibly thoughtful. Loved everything ❤️

I appreciate their attention to detail - they noticed that it was my partner's birthday so they came with a small cake to congratulate him :) The breakfast offers a nice variety of sweet and savory items so we were 100% satisfied.
